Sergio Mionetto

Are you wondering about who is Sergio Mionetto, and why would you invite to dinner with you ?

The answer is simple, Sergio Mionetto and is a Sparkling Wine you have to take it with you at table because it is very good with fish!

Sorry Ladies , it’s not an Italian guy , but Sergio Mionetto will bring a piece of Italy at your party or dinner.

Imagine it in preparation for a dinner with friends, where the wine will flow like a river (of course only those who do not drive ) , in thinking about what wine to choose to accompany an aperitif and appetizer came to his mind : Sergio Mionetto.

But then if the dinner is based on fish the answer is the same : Sergio Mionetto .

It is not a true Prosecco , a sparkling wine but Charmat which contains 70% of Glera (the grape used for prosecco) and other complementary variety called Verdiso.

Stylish package , you can uncork with a bang to create a brilliant atmosphere .

His bubbles forming an abundant foam that quickly fades leaving in plain sight in the glass the pale yellow color of this wine .

On the nose you can smell floral notes and hints of honey , some green apple that makes it seem fresh .

Instead Sergio Mionetto is an extra dry and drinking it you can tell it’s true. Dry, not bitter , its bubbles tickle the palate cleaning it and leaving a feeling of intense freshness.

As already said it is excellent as an aperitif, after dinner with pastries, or appetizers of cold fish not too tasty as the octopus salad , or a good tuna carpaccio .

Actually not at odds even with delicate crustaceans such as lobster and crab , although at this point usually comes into play a colleague of Treviso .. but i will tell this story another day.

Serve it fresh , around 8-10 degrees and enjoy his moderate alcohol content.
