Let’s discover together the quinoa and its beneficial properties and nutritional fact , because sometimes if it is good for the stomach and it’s good for all the body it’s better ! And if I do not make a search on any new food I eat I am not happy ! 

I admit I am curious and having bitten the quinoa I must do a search about its nutritional , beneficial and healthy properties.

But above all , I asked myself what was the Quinoa and where it came from .

It comes from the Andes , has more than 5,000 years and is a very resistant plant , essential nourishment for the native population in those areas. It ‘ a colorful plant and it belongs to the family of Chenopodiaceae (its scientific name Chenopodium quinoa ) as chard and spinach , but you do not eat the plant in this case, and even the leaves.

Quinoa seeds are the interesting part , in fact although not a true cereal even if it looks a lot like and its seeds give gluten-free flour .

Exactly, gluten-free and high content of protein .

So let’s see the nutritional properties of Quinoa .

As mentioned above has a lot of protein, and a lot of calories , well 368 to 100 grams, but do not panic .
