Prosecco Doc Treviso Mionetto

Some kind of prosecco’s are excellent as an aperitif or with cold starters , but they are too delicate with the main courses of fish , but if we climb a step and move on to the Mionetto Prosecco DOC Treviso then the pairing is guarantee.

Like his brother from Cartizze ,  Prosecco DOC Treviso is part of the MO line by Mionetto , a line that is at the TOP of the range as elegance and character.

This Prosecco has a much more intense yellow color then other tending to pale  , this suggest an higher thickness.

In the glass it shows his bubbles that are small but plentiful . Light and vanishing foam.

It smells a lot of freshly cut ripe yellow apple , grapes and flowers .

If the color is suggesting thickness , it is tick also the flavor : emerging flavors of honey, citrus and a slightly bitter almond .

Here we come to the first pairing of tasty fish as a “pacchero” (a typical big pasta) with grilled lobster , spaghetti with mussels and even some crustaceans.

Serve it at 12 degrees , in a medium cup glass or in a flute , it’s light with only 11% by alcohol but don’t drink and drive.

In conclusion, we can say that drinking this Mionetto Prosecco DOC Treviso will make you desire to know the other members of this large MO family !
